AIPortalX allows AI tool creators to submit their tools for listing on our platform. By submitting a tool, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy: All information provided about your tool must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Ownership: You must have the legal right to submit and represent the tool.
• Review Process: All submissions are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion.
• Boost Plans: Optional paid boost plans are available to enhance visibility. All boost payments are non-refundable.
• Updates: You are responsible for keeping your tool's information current.

Prohibited Content

The following types of tools and content are strictly prohibited on AIPortalX:

• Adult/NSFW Content: Tools that generate, distribute, or facilitate access to pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only content.
• Illegal Activities: Tools that promote or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or unauthorized data collection.
• Harmful Content: Tools designed to generate hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Misinformation: Tools specifically designed to create or spread false information, deepfakes intended for deception, or propaganda.
• Malware/Scams: Tools that contain malware, spyware, or are designed to scam or deceive users.
• Copyright Infringement: Tools that facilitate unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted material.
• Privacy Violations: Tools that collect personal data without consent or violate privacy laws.

Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate removal of the listing and potential account suspension. No refunds will be provided for boost payments on removed listings.

Payment and Access

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• All paid services are valid exclusively on aiportalx.com.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you use.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate personal and work details when required.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
• Any misuse of our services is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

• All content and services provided on AIPortalX are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit permission.

No Refund Policy

• Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
• All purchases grant you access to services on aiportalx.com only.
